POSTAL SERVICE

You can contact us to request a fully insured FREEPOST refining pack. Once you have received your postal pack, the process is simple.

Envelope

Place your materials securely inside the postal envelope.

Details

Fill in your details at the bottom on the consignment card that comes with your postal pack and tick the relevant boxes for your preferred method of payment.

FREEPOST

Enclose the consignment card inside the FREEPOST envelope along with your scrap and hand the envelope in at your local post office where you will be issued with a tracking receipt for insurance purposes.

Sit back and relax

We will be in touch within 1-3 days with your valuation.

COLLECTIONS

Contact us via email or telephone to request a collection at a day & time that is convenient for you.

Our representative will arrive at your location and depending on your material and the preferred method of valuation, our representative will:

1. Weigh your material and issue you with a “payment pending” receipt. Your materials will then be transported to our refinery in Cheshire to be processed and valued. You will be contacted via email or telephone with the valuation. Payment will be processed immediately once you have accepted the valuation. All applicable paperwork will sent to you by email. Payments can be made by instant bank transfer or cash via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

2. Weigh your materials and present you with a valuation there and then. Payment will then be made on-the-spot, either by instant bank transfer or cash. All applicable paperwork will be sent to you via email.
