How long will my payment take?
Your scrap will be valued the day that it arrives and as soon as you have accepted your offer then we can usually make payment same or next day.
What is your turnaround time?
For scrap jewellery we usually settle payments within 24 hours. Dental scrap can also usually be settled same or next day depending on quantity. Lab and jewellery sweeps can take up to 10 days depending on quantity.
Can you send me a new waste container?
Let us know how many containers you need on our ‘contact us’ form and we will get them sent out to you as soon as possible.
How do you price my scrap?
We use the latest ‘XRF technology’ to accurately test all scrap thus providing an exact quote on any materials we test.
Does it matter if my jewellery is broken?
Absolutely not, send any bit of unwanted/broken jewellery into us, you will be amazed what the returns can be.
Can you send my scrap back if I’m not happy with my quote?
In the highly unlikely event that you aren’t happy with your quote we can send your parcel back to you for the cost of the postage.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes, we have reps nationwide ready to collect within a couple of days.
